GENGIGRAIN, Jasmine Rice Flour, researched by Kasetsart Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Product Improvement Institute (KAPI) made from selected high-quality broken-milled Jasmine rice, added value by clean and hygienic process until we get a smooth and unique fragrance flour. When used as an ingredient in desserts, the flour gives a smooth and soft texture with good aroma.
Jasmine Rice Flour has Amylose’s quantity as same as normal wheat flour. The different is NO GLUTEN, which caused protein allergy in many consumers. So, we can use Jasmine Rice Flour instead of wheat flour in baked, steamed, and fried pastries that will have a smooth, fluffy and light texture. Suitable for bakery products, Thai desserts, food products. and various health drinks.
