The opening ceremony of ASEAN Bioenergy and Bioeconomy Conference 2019 (ABB 2019) on June 6, 2019 at Bangkok international trade and exhibition centre (BITEC) room 224 has commenced. We are honored to having Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sornprach Thanisawanyangku to opening the conference. The scientific program includes keynote speech from Vice President of Kasetsart University Start with: Dr. Twarath Sutabutr “Over view of New Thailand Energy Planning, and its influence to ASEAN Bioenergy” gave an overview of new Thailand energy planning and its influence to ASEAN bioenergy. In summary, Thailand depends more on bioenergy and its value creation. Thailand are major policies required for implementation including waste management, farm zoning and marketing mechanism and Associate Prof. Dr. Supachart Chungpaibulpatana “Bioenergy Research Trends under Disruptive Changes in Electric Power Utility and Transport Mobility. All these disruptive technologies will be integrated. Technology that changes the usual way to get our desired output with a new way which is totally different from the usual way we always do, and finally such an old usual way will be forgotten from our living in the future.
